The Pope has spoken against same sex marriage. That is good. What bothers me is that active homosexuals do present themselves to receive Holy Communion and they receive! How can that not confuse the rest of the congregation, especially young people? If I see homosexual individuals receive and because of it come to the conclusion (falsely) that this is OK in the church, why would I be worried about same sex marriage or see it as a further detioration/deviation of Catholic morals and practices? Same sex marriage denies a child either a father or a mother. If you are a homosexual the Catholic Church does not reject you. We invite you to come and worship with us and be celebate. Tons of people are. So can you.
